This page is about the CLVR websites, clvrsolutions.uk and clvrops.clvrsolutions.uk. The CLVROPS app has its own policy: the CLVROPS privacy policy.
In short
These websites set no cookies, show no advertising and do not follow you around the web. They learn something about you only when you write to us.
Who we are
The websites are provided by Mahmoud Hobloss, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your personal data, write to privacy@clvrsolutions.uk.
When you write to us
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. When this website has a contact form, the form asks for your name, your email address and your message, and lets you add the name of your venue or group and how many venues you have. We use this only to answer you and, if you become a customer, to set you up.
A form sends your message to our mailbox as an email. The website itself keeps no copy. We keep the email for as long as we are in touch with you, and delete it when you ask.
The spam check
When the contact page has a form, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. When you open that page it looks at technical details of your browser and connection, such as your IP address. We receive only a yes or a no.
Serving the pages
Cloudflare hosts these websites. Like any host, it handles your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver the pages and to protect them, and it gives us totals such as the number of visits and the countries they came from. We do not use these to identify anyone.
Light or dark
If you press the bulb, your choice is remembered in that browser tab until you close it. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the websites and runs the spam check, on its worldwide network.
- Resend delivers a contact form's email to our mailbox, in the United States.
We do not sell personal data, and we share it with no one else.
Your rights
Depending on where you are and the law that applies, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU or UK GDPR where they apply, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. Write to privacy@clvrsolutions.uk. We reply within one month.
Changes
If these websites start to collect anything else, this page will say so first, with a new date at the top.
